This month Mr Bufton is aiming to raise £500 for the Dementia Trust by cycling a total of 250 miles. He is riding in the evenings and at weekends in order to complete his target, hoping to cycle 10 miles a day. Despite the current freezing conditions he is confident of success and has even bought a new bike for the event! 

He says: "My Nan has been diagnosed with dementia and I want to try and do my bit to support the Trust. The past few months have been tough for everyone, but coronavirus has hit those affected by dementia the hardest and continues to disrupt lives. That's why I'm getting on my bike and taking on Cycle for Dementia. My aim is to raise £500 and any contribution would be greatly appreciated."
