There have been some amazing technical skills on show this week in the Food & Textiles Department. Our Year 11 GCSE students  have been practising for their final practical assessment in Food Preparation and Nutrition.  They are making everything from scratch: pastry, pasta, fillings - every thing!  As you can see they are producing some really excellent dishes.
