It was an absolute delight to be able to celebrate our students’ success this year in front of a packed hall of proud parents, grandparents and friends. The evening commenced with musical performances from Eggar’s students, there were presentations of the Eggar’s Learner Awards and the Tutor and Progress Awards. The evening culminated in the Special School Awards and the Senior Prefect Awards. We had a very special guest who had been an Eggar’s student, he left in 2003. Detective Constable Imran Hansraj of the Metropolitan Police Service gave a very inspirational talk about his time at Eggar's, he still remembered Mrs Kinteh as his Art Teacher and some fond memories of his time at school. The message that Mr Hansraj wanted to convey was well received by our audience, don't try to be anything other than just yourself!
