We are a community of parents and staff working (formally PTA) together to help every Eggar's student thrive - through connection, giving time and collective support.
At Eggar’s Together, we support our school community in 3 key ways:
Creative Fundraising
We’ve become a vital source of funding support for the school. Each year, teachers submit department bids to help bring their ideas to life—whether it's equipment, engaging experiences, or vital subject resources. Through fun, community-driven events, we raise funds that directly enhance students' experiences through these requests —providing the essential extras that make a real difference.
The need for fundraising is constant. As Department requests grow each year, the funds raised become even more crucial. Without your support, we risk limiting opportunities for our students to thrive. Without your support, we limit opportunities. Your contributions help every student thrive.
Creating Moments That Matter
From the Year 7 Disco to Colour Runs to Mega Eggar’s Easter, we support events that spark joy, build connection, and create a sense of belonging - helping every student feel included and valued.
Securing Grants
Each year, we secure over £10,000 in grant funding to support projects aligned with the school’s goals. These grants unlock exciting opportunities for students—recent successes include new guitars, a laser cutter for DT, and cookers for Food Tech.
