On 1st February we officially joined the Weydon Multi Academy Trust (WMAT). We are excited about this partnership and confident that Eggar's will continue to thrive in this vibrant, dynamic family of schools. 

A recent Trust visitor was full of praise for our "wonderful" school, commenting on the culture and ethos we have fostered here that makes Eggar's such a special place to work and to learn: "Thank you for welcoming us to your school. We have been bowled over by the pride and enthusiasm students have for belonging to your school community. The whole school is committed and on board with the vision for the future of Eggar's School. There is a sense of calm seen in the school and an undercurrent of trusting relationships between staff and students, both in and out of the classroom. There is a clear awareness of the strengths of the school and an excitement about the journey it is now embarking on."

Head Teacher, Sarah Holman, said, "As Head Teacher, I am delighted that we are joining WMAT at a time when we have so much to contribute to the Trust. As well as being "Stronger Together", I look forward to the wealth of opportunities that this collaboration will bring to our staff, students and the wider community in the years ahead".
