Mrs Daish originally joined Eggar's School as the Curriculum Leader for History, where she developed a passion for education and a deep understanding of the school's values. Now, as Assistant Headteacher, Mrs Daish leads on safeguarding, behaviour, and attendance, ensuring that every student feels safe and supported.

As the school's Senior Mental Health Lead, Mrs Daish is committed to providing a nurturing environment that allows students to thrive both academically and personally. Mrs Daish is deeply passionate about creating a sense of community and inclusivity at Eggar's School, where every student feels valued and supported.
