Things have definitely been hotting up in the kitchen over the last week with Year 10 demonstrating their culinary skills ... in exam conditions. It was their Mock Practical exam where they not only prepared some amazing food but also prepared for their real exam next year. They certainly excelled themselves with a wonderful variety of menus which unsurprisngly staff really enjoyed tasting!
