Recreational area gets the green light
The whole school community is celebrating after a £1000 donation from Persimmon and their Community Champions initiative. The money will enable us to rejuvenate our eco-garden, a safe and secure recreational area for all year groups. The funds will be used to purchase seeds and plants to develop and enhance this calm and tranquil area, and to provide additional seating in it. It will allow students to relax in a green and pleasant environment.
Persimmon started their Community Champions in March 2015 to help local community groups, good causes and charities. Over the last 2 years they have donated over £500,000 to fund community initiatives. A very big thank you from Eggar’s!

The Palatine Hill is the centremost of the Seven Hills of Rome and is one of the most ancient parts of the city. It stands 40 metres above the Roman Forum, looking down upon it and upon the Circus Maximus. From the time of Augustus, Imperial palaces were built here. https://t.co/pOiISv7ogR 3:56 PM - 20 Feb 2019
