Year 7 students design and make clocks
A super Saturday spent with some amazing Year 7 MAT students designing and making mahogany inlaid dovetailed clocks. A massive thank you to this year’s guest woodworker, Adrian Dee from Alton College who led the day brilliantly, and special thanks to Colin Evans for, once again, preparing the day faultlessly. The students were incredible and produced the best set of results we’ve ever had.
The Palatine Hill is the centremost of the Seven Hills of Rome and is one of the most ancient parts of the city. It stands 40 metres above the Roman Forum, looking down upon it and upon the Circus Maximus. From the time of Augustus, Imperial palaces were built here. https://t.co/pOiISv7ogR 3:56 PM - 20 Feb 2019
